An order made by the customer constitutes an offer. Your order is an offer to us for the conclusion of a sales contract.
An order is only possible if all the mandatory fields marked with * in the order form have been filled in. If any data is missing the customer will receive an error message. Before confirming the order, the customer will have the possibility to correct his order. The customer will receive supporting detailed information directly in the course of the ordering process.
Once the order has been stored in our system, confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent to the customer at the email address he has provided.
Sales contracts are stored in our system and can be called up by specifying the order number under the following address: www.laura-antonel.com.
A contract is concluded when the goods are dispatched.
The contractual language is German.
The customer shall be bound by his order for 10 days after receipt thereof.
Unless a different term of delivery has been explicitly agreed, goods will be delivered within 5 days after receipt of your payment.
All prices are inclusive of all taxes, including VAT and fees such as shipping costs, unless these are indicated separately.
Payments shall be made without any deduction in advance by bank transfer.
Unless another form of payment is agreed, the Customer shall agree to pay the sales price in full. Goods shall be delivered only after receipt of payment.
Customers who are considered consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Law on Consumer Protection or other laws in their respective country of residence may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receipt of the ordered goods.
In this case the goods must be returned unused and in a resalable condition in the original packaging.
For any items which have been damaged by traces of used, we will charge an appropriate amount for the loss of value.

The costs for returning the goods will in general be at our expense in the case of private customers. If the price of the goods to be returned by a consumer does not exceed the amount of € 40.00 or, in the case of goods with a higher price, the consumer has not made any payment, either in full or in part, at the time in which the goods are cancelled, the costs of the return shipment shall be at the expense of the Customer.
This does not apply if the goods delivered do not correspond to the those ordered.
Should the goods be returned on a freight collect basis contrary to these provisions, we shall be entitled to retain or charge an appropriate amount, as applicable.
The Customer hereby agrees that the following personal data, namely: Name, surname, date of birth, address, delivery address and email address may be processed for the purpose of future visits to the on-line shop.
The Customer’s personal data shall be stored and used only to the extent necessary for fulfilment of the contract and shall be accessible only by www.laura-antonel.com
The Customer hereby agrees to receive news from our company about our products, current promotions and other company-related information by advertising emails.
The place of fulfilment is Klagenfurt am Wörthersee.
The punctuality of payments shall calculated on the basis of the date of receipt on our account.
Unless otherwise agreed, the risk of transportation shall be borne by the Consumer.
If the Consumer is in default of acceptance, we shall be entitled to store the goods on our premises, for which we shall charge a storage fee of € 5.00 for each calendar day. At the same time, we shall be entitled to insist on fulfilment of the contract.
We shall, however, also be entitled to withdraw from the contract after defining a suitable extension period and to use the goods otherwise. If an order amount has already been transferred, we shall return said amount less any costs incurred.
The goods shall remain our property until payment has been made in full.
